JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Analyze and clarify business requirements for e-commerce activities, including POD, Dropshipping, and Affiliate models 
• Collaborate with product development teams to design and refine features aligned with business objectives 
• Create and maintain business documentation such as BRD, URD, SRS, user flows, process flows, wireframes, etc 
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions; propose improvements to enhance efficiency and revenue 
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on new features or changes in processes 
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the e-commerce domain 
• Involved in pre-sales activities and client consultations 

  REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, IT, E-commerce, or related fields 
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in E-commerce projects 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Korean language is a plus 
• Hands-on experience in implementing, integrating, or operating on platforms such as Etsy, Printify, Ucommerce, Shopify, Amazon, TikTokShop (required) 
• Solid understanding of e-commerce operations: product listing, order processing, payment, logistics, and customer service 
• Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and solution proposal 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities 
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq)
