JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about recruitment and eager to develop a long-term career in Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the full talent acquisition process, including receiving hiring requests, sourcing potential candidates through various channels, conducting initial CV screenings, coordinating interview arrangements, and assisting with offer steps for selected candidates.
  • Contribute to building, updating, and maintaining the candidate database.
  • Provide support for administrative tasks and internal communication activities as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements 

  • Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in related fields.
  • Strong passion for talent acquisition and a genuine interest in developing a long-term career in TA.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, proactive working style, and effective teamwork skills.
  • Able to work at least 4 days per week. Full-time (5 days/week) availability is a significant advantage.
