JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Middle/Senior Data Engineer with strong Snowflake expertise to build and enhance a modern enterprise data platform for a global manufacturing company. You will work on data architecture, ingestion pipelines, transformations, and analytics solutions, helping integrate data across ERP, CRM, and customer service systems. The ideal candidate can work independently, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive data engineering best practices.

• Design and implement a Snowflake-based enterprise data platform from the ground up.
• Define data architecture, security standards, and governance frameworks.
• Implement RBAC, data masking, and PII protection strategies.
• Establish development, testing, and production environments following best practices.
• Build scalable data ingestion pipelines from enterprise systems, including ERP, Salesforce, and Amazon Connect.
• Develop ELT workflows using Snowflake and dbt.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, monitoring, and platform reliability.
• Design and implement dimensional and analytical data models.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Optimize data structures and performance for reporting and analytics workloads.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data platform deployment.
• Support Azure-based cloud infrastructure and operational excellence.
• Work closely with business users, analysts, and project stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to local teams.
• Promote data engineering best practices and Snowflake adoption across the organization.
