JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are seeking a Middleware Engineer to lead and execute the migration of Oracle Tuxedo middleware in an enterprise environment. The role focuses on ensuring system stability, performance optimization, and seamless integration with migrated application components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing Tuxedo-based middleware architecture and define migration scope
• Execute Oracle Tuxedo service migration, configuration, and performance tuning
• Support integration with C# applications and backend databases
• Troubleshoot middleware issues related to transactions, performance, and failover
• Collaborate daily with Tech Lead and Project Manager on technical decisions
• Produce technical documentation, including migration notes, configurations, and risk assessments

 REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in middleware engineering
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Tuxedo (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of:
  – Distributed transaction processing
  – Middleware performance tuning
  – Unix/Linux environments
• Experience in migration or system modernization projects
• Ability to read and write technical documentation in English
• Good English communication skills
