JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Contract Management: Support monitoring contract expiration dates; drafting and archiving employment contracts.

  • Employee Records: Assist in managing, storing, and updating employee profiles/personnel files.

  • Policy Support: Assist in addressing inquiries and guiding employees on company regulations and policies.

  • Reporting: Prepare periodic or ad-hoc human resources reports.

  • Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Education: Final-year student or University graduate in Economics, Human Resource Management, Labor Management, Law, or related fields.

  • Availability: Able to work full-time.

  • Language Skills: Proficient in English communication.

  • Systemic Thinking: Ability to maintain a holistic and systemic perspective.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong listening, analytical, and synthesizing skills.

  • Soft Skills: Creative mindset, flexibility, and a proactive attitude.
