- Market analysis, industry & customer research;
- Customer acquisition strategy (organic and inorganic) and all tactics to reach targeted customers and create business opportunities;
- Conversion strategy and work closely with account management team to close deals;
- Develop strong customer and partnership network in all relating sectors;
- Targeted markets: developed countries in strategic regions including APAC, EU and US (but not limited to);
- Responsible for personal and team’s KPIs along the entire sales funnel (from lead to deal success);
- Build, hire, lead and grow the sales team with the right culture in place;
- Execute customer retention, customer relationship management, service expansion, and sustainable growth;
- Coordinating with the engineering team to offer the best solutions and service offerings to customers;
- Coordinating with the Marketing team on brand promotions activities and relating marketing activities;
- Data-driven and CRM-based working model, regular reports to line manager and BoD;
- Location: Hanoi or HCM.
