JOB DESCRIPTION

As our Presales Lead, you’ll play a key role in turning client needs into smart, executable solutions.  Your job is to bridge the gap between our sales team and delivery teams, and make sure we present clear, compelling solutions that meet client expectations. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: 

  • Work closely with Sales and Delivery teams to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions 
  • Design software architectures and technical solutions that align with business goals 
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and solution demos for potential clients 
  • Translate high-level client requirements into estimations, scopes of work (SoW), and delivery plans 
  • Participate in discovery calls, RFP responses, and solution walkthroughs 
  • Guide clients on best-fit technologies, architecture patterns, and delivery models 
  • Coordinate with engineering, cloud, data, and AI teams to finalize technical details 
  • Support handover from presales to delivery, ensuring alignment and smooth transitions 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years in presales, solution consulting, or technical architecture roles, ideally in IT services or outsourcing 
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience in at least a few of these areas:  
  • Custom Software Development 
  • Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) 
  • DevOps / CI-CD 
  • Data Engineering / Analytics 
  • AI / Machine Learning 
  • Relational & NoSQL Databases 
  • Ability to design system architecture and write solution outlines (you’re not just selling—you’re designing) 
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)—you’ll be talking to clients daily 
  • Experience working with B2B clients in the APAC region is a big plus 
  • Comfortable juggling multiple deals, deadlines, and cross
