- Design engaging, digital-first visual content for various channels;
- Ensure all design outputs align with GEM’s brand guidelines and identity. Maintain a cohesive look and feel across social media, marketing materials;
- Work closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas and develop visual concepts;
- Utilize industry-standard design software in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), as well as collaborative tools like Figma and Canva, to produce and iterate on designs;
- Assist in designing visuals for a variety of campaigns, ranging from social media, sales materials to website and email newsletters.
