- Manage and coordinate sales-related projects and sales / marketing events.
- Review legal terms and prepare contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements and other important corporate materials
- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Generate sales reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and track sales progress.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Manage sales-related administrative tasks, such as expense reports and travel arrangements.
- Provide general administrative support to the Board of Directors.
- Schedule and coordinate client/management/important internal activities, meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Conduct research and prepare materials for BoD/CEO meetings and presentations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
